Allan is a Member in the firm’s Real Estate Practice and is based in the Boston office. His practice focuses on residential and commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales, finance, development, construction, and leasing. He represents developers, lenders, investors, landlords, and tenants involved in transactions of a local, regional, or national scale. His experience includes representing landlords and tenants in leasing transactions for office, laboratory, telecom, industrial space, and sale-leasebacks as well as representing hospitals and health care providers in facility acquisitions and dispositions.
Brandon is an Associate in the firm’s Real Estate Practice and is based in the Los Angeles office. He focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasings, and developments of office, industrial, technology, multifamily, and health care facilities. Brandon is certified as a LEED Green Associate by the US Green Building Council and is a regular contributor to Mintz Levin’s Green Building Newsletter. He is the articles editor for the California Real Property Journal and a member of the Young Leaders Group of the Urban Land Institute.
Adam is an Associate based in the firm’s Boston office. His practice focuses on representing clients in connection with commercial real estate transactions involving leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
Gabriel is a Member in the firm’s Real Estate Practice and is based in the San Francisco office. He represents commercial real estate, health care, technology, and energy clients in the acquisition, leasing, sale, and development of properties. Gabriel has also assisted commercial lenders in the financing of office and multifamily projects. A certified LEED Accredited Professional by the US Green Building Council, Gabriel is the editor of Mintz Levin’s Green Building Newsletter. He serves on the board of directors of the Glow Foundation, a nonprofit that helps under-resourced students and their families to afford and complete college.
